Lillia is one of the villagers in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. She’s the mother of Popuri and Rick, and she runs the Poultry Farm.

Lillia is gentle, patient, and kind to everyone. Unfortunately, she has an illness that doesn’t have a known cure.

She tends to keep to herself, possibly because of her condition. Still, she seems very close to Sasha, who often stops by to check on her.
