    Manna usually works at the winery from 9:00 AM until noon. In her free time, she loves to hang out and gossip with her friends Sasha and Anna at Rose Square.

    Louis is one of the villagers in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. He’s a beekeeper and a close friend of Gotz. The two of them live together in the Woodcutter’s House.

    You won’t see Louis around town very often, but he does leave Gotz’s house sometimes to search for rare bees around Mother’s Hill.

    He may seem a bit eccentric, but deep down he’s a caring and supportive person. According to Gotz, Louis was there for him and helped him out when Gotz’s family passed away in a snowstorm accident.

    Like Gotz, Louis also experienced loss—he once mentioned a daughter who had passed away.

    Louis is totally obsessed with bees and loves honey because of that. He often talks about insects, and he’s really into the mountain and all the creatures living there.

    Kano is one of the villagers in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. He’s a photographer who lives with Mayor Thomas and Harris in their house.

    During the day, Kano usually stays inside Mayor Thomas’s house. But at night, you can find him hanging out at the Inn.

    He says he has a history with Mineral Town and has been taking photos for over 20 years.

    Kano is a friendly guy, but not much is known about him since he doesn’t really socialize with other villagers—except for Thomas.

    He’s really into photography. You’ll notice it right away when you talk to him because he gets super excited when the topic comes up.

    Kano can be a bit full of himself sometimes—he likes to talk about his success. But he does it in a classy way. He only shares a little, saying the rest is a story for another time.

    A Letter to Aja

    On a summer night, Harris will visit your farm and ask if you have a moment to talk. Once inside your house, he’ll confess that he’s in love with Aja, the daughter of Duke and Manna, and talk about how she moved to the city.

    He wants to write her a letter, but there’s a problem—he doesn’t know what to write about. He’ll ask if anything interesting has been happening on the farm. Your character shakes their head, and Harris leaves, looking a little down.

    A Letter from Aja

    Meet Manna in the morning during Fall, and she’ll mention that Aja might come back to the village if a marriage is arranged for her. She’ll even suggest that you should marry Aja.

    However, you tell Manna that Harris is actually the one who has feelings for Aja. Overjoyed, Manna will rush out to tell Duke the news.

    The next morning, Harris will come to your farm to apologize for the other day.

    Later, Zack will deliver a letter from Aja addressed to Harris. Harris is touched and grateful that you helped convey his feelings. Talk to him again to hear his reaction after reading Aja’s letter.

    Greg is a fisherman who lives in Mineral Town in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. He’s friendly, cheerful, and generous—he gives you a free fishing rod the first time you meet him at the beach.

    Greg respects hardworking people. If you’ve caught more than 50 fish, he’ll reward your dedication by giving you a fishing pole, which is an upgraded version of the regular fishing rod.

    Although Greg is a kind and upbeat person, he ironically has no known friends in the village. He never appears in any random events and isn’t mentioned by other villagers—even Zack, whom he lives with, never refers to him.

    Duke is one of the villagers in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. He runs Aja Winery alongside his wife, Manna.

    Duke takes care of the vineyard, producing and packaging wine and grape juice. Meanwhile, Manna sells their products from their kitchen between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (every day except Saturday).

    Their daughter, Aja, left the village years ago, which left Duke heartbroken and turned him into a heavy drinker due to guilt and sorrow.

    You’ll often find Duke working in the vineyard during the morning. In Fall, he’ll ask for your help with the grape harvest and mention that if you know someone looking for work, you should bring them to him.

    You can suggest Cliff for the job, which will allow him to stay in the village instead of leaving at the end of the year. Duke will pay you on the final day of the job (Fall 20).
