Mother Ann’s Memorial

Every year on Fall 5, Doug climbs up Mother’s Hill to remember his dearly departed loved one. He will stay there until 5:00 PM.

During Summer, he meets Popuri, which leads to some tension between him and Rick. If you don’t pursue Popuri, Kai and Popuri might end up getting married. If that happens, Popuri will leave town with Kai—but don’t worry, they’ll both return every Summer.

Gray is one of the characters in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. He’s a blacksmith and the grandson of Saibara.

Gray works really hard under his grandfather’s guidance, though he often gets frustrated with how strict and harsh Saibara can be.

Deep down, he just wants to prove himself and make his grandfather proud. Even though they argue a lot, they’re actually more alike than they realize.

Gray can come off as moody sometimes, and a little shy too. At first, he didn’t really enjoy living in the countryside because he’s from the city, but over time, he becomes more determined to improve his skills as a blacksmith.

Cliff is really shy and seems to carry a lot of emotional baggage. He tends to keep his distance from most people until you become friends.

At the start of the game, he’s unemployed. But through certain events, he can land a job at Aja Winery.

If he doesn’t get the job, Cliff will eventually leave Mineral Town for good. He’s also your rival for Ann’s heart.
