Rick is one of the characters in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. He’s Popuri’s older brother and the son of Rod and Lillia.
Rick manages the Poultry Farm, taking on a lot of responsibilities, especially since his mother is sick. He loves chickens and takes his job very seriously. He tends to have a short temper and often argues with Popuri, especially over her feelings for Kai, whom Rick clearly dislikes.
He also holds a grudge against his father, Rod, for leaving the family behind. Rick is childhood friends with Karen, and he’ll be your rival for her affection if you’re aiming to marry her.

Mayor Thomas and Gotz discuss Rick’s depression over Popuri getting married. Karen steps in and tells Rick that he needs to move on so he can focus on running the Poultry Farm.
