After marriage, you can have one child with your spouse. Child-related events will occur naturally during gameplay.

You don’t need to buy a new bed or upgrade your house. Pregnancy events depend on your spouse’s gender.

Opposite-Sex Couples

On the morning of the 30th day after your wedding (if not a festival), the female partner will feel unwell.
You visit the clinic, where the Doctor confirms the pregnancy.
The next morning, the Harvest Goddess visits your home to congratulate you and asks whether you prefer a boy, a girl, or are happy with either.
Your choice determines the child’s gender. Choosing “boy” or “girl” guarantees that gender; the third option leaves it a surprise until birth.
If this event falls on your or your spouse’s birthday, it will be postponed by one day.
The baby is born 60 days after pregnancy is discovered, in an event that takes a full in-game day.
You can name your child with up to 8 characters.
If married to the Harvest Goddess, the baby magically appears in your bed 60 days later.

Same-Sex Couples

No pregnancy event occurs, but you can still have a child.
On the 90th day after the wedding, if your spouse’s LP is 65,000 or higher, the Harvest Goddess visits to ask you to raise a child.
You choose the child’s gender or let the game decide randomly.
The baby magically appears in your bed.
You must inform your spouse, who accepts the baby.
Name your child with up to 8 characters.
Male spouses: baby appears in bed during events.
Female spouses: baby is held during events.

Baby Care

Female spouses hold the baby in the morning and lay them back in bed when leaving.
Male spouses leave the baby in bed all day.
Babies cannot be interacted with or fed when very young.
After 60 days, the baby may fall from the bed, causing negative LP and FP if mishandled.
Taking the baby to the clinic results in a positive boost to LP and FP.
The falling event takes one full in-game day.
The baby begins crawling the next day, allowing interaction and gift-giving.
Babies like the same gifts regardless of gender.
Babies only have Friendship Points (FP), no Love Points (LP).

At this stage, your baby begins crawling and can receive gifts. Gift preferences are the same regardless of gender.

Growing Up

After another 60 days (total of 120 days since birth), your child learns to walk.

Event Trigger: Morning scene with your spouse.
Reward: +3000 LP with your spouse, +20 FP with your child.
Behavior: The child becomes a fully grown toddler but still never leaves the house and won’t help with farm chores.

Your spouse will ask what day it is.
Correct Answer: +3000 LP with spouse, +20 FP with child.
Wrong Answer: –2000 LP with spouse, –10 FP with child.
