Duke and Manna’s Argument (Event)

As you enter the winery, you witness a heated argument between Manna and Duke. Manna accuses Duke of secretly drinking juice behind her back. Duke denies it, but Manna says she found empty bottles under the bed—and they weren’t from Adge Winery.

Duke tries to defend himself by saying he was studying products from other wineries. Manna questions why he would be doing “research” in the middle of the night while supposedly asleep.

Duke becomes defensive, insisting that there’s nothing wrong with having just a little drink. But Manna confronts him about his lack of commitment to his promise to stop drinking altogether. She’s the one who has had to deal with the consequences of his lack of self-control.

Their daughter hates seeing Duke like this. And even if she does come back, Adge might just leave town again. Cliff might leave too if Duke keeps up this bad habit. Manna pleads with Duke to drink less—for the sake of his health and for the people who care about him.

Duke acknowledges her concerns, and Manna, while still upset, says she will forgive him this time.
