Nature Sprite’s Hut

The Nature Sprites live in a small hut at the end of the path next to the Church. Their front door is unlocked from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

These little creatures are the loyal attendants of the Harvest Goddess, and they love helping her — and you — as much as they can.

The Nature Sprites are:

If the Sprites are involved in an outside event (e.g., Preserved Flower Event or Pregnancy Event), their hut will be locked for the day and reopen the next day.

Working on the Farm

Hiring the Nature Sprites is easy. Just talk to any of them and choose “Ask for Help.” If a Sprite has at least 3 friendship notes with you, they will offer to help with:

  • Watering crops
  • Harvesting crops
  • Taking care of animals (feeding, brushing, and shipping products)

You can choose to hire them for 3, 5, or 7 days. Starting the next morning at 6:00 AM, the assigned Sprite will arrive at your farm and work until 6:00 PM on their designated task.

Important Notes:

  • Sprites do not work on rainy, snowy, or stormy days.
  • Any product they collect (e.g., milk, eggs, wool) will be placed in the shipping bin and sold when Zack visits at 5:00 PM.
  • If you want to keep certain items (e.g., Small Milk), collect them yourself before the Sprites do.

Increasing Friendship

You can raise a Sprite’s friendship by giving them:

  • Honey (+500 FP)
  • Flour (+500 FP)
  • Colored wild grasses that match their clothing color (+500 FP)
    • Example: Mint likes Green Grass, Cherry likes Red Grass, etc.

Skill Growth

The more a Sprite performs a specific task (watering, harvesting, or animal care), the better they get at it. You can check each Sprite’s skill levels in the Relationships Menu.

No Sprite is inherently better at any task — but their efficiency grows based on experience. The more EXP they earn, the faster they’ll complete the work.

Mini-Games

In addition to helping on the farm, Sprites can also gain EXP through mini-games. You can play one game per Sprite per day while they’re inside their hut.

If your final score in the game exceeds the objective, the Sprite gains work EXP. The more often you complete a game with a particular Sprite, the higher the objective becomes:

Games Played per SpriteWater CropsHarvest CropsCare for Livestock

3 – 512 points3 points15 points
6 – 815 points4 points20 points
9 – 1018 points5 points30 points

14 – 1624 points9 points45 points
17 – 1927 points10 points55 points

ailing to meet the target will result in a slight loss of work EXP.

Your highest mini-game scores are recorded in the Records Book on the bookshelf in your house.

Water Crops

This is a memory game. The field consists of 25 plots of land. When the timer starts, some tiles will light up in a sequence. Your task is to water the tiles in the correct order using the directional pad.

  • Sprouts appear when tiles are watered correctly.
  • Watering the wrong tile ends the round early (no more sprouts for the round).
  • You have 25 seconds to complete three rounds.

Score is based on:

  • Penalty for incorrect watering
  • Correctly watered tiles
  • Bonus sprouts

Harvest Crops

This is a rhythm-based game. The Sprite must harvest as many Turnips as possible within 60 seconds.

  • Press the A Button ~20 times at a steady rhythm to pull Turnips.
  • If you press too fast, the Sprite will sweat and may collapse.
  • Final score = number of successful harvests – failed attempts.

Tip: Once you meet the goal, you can stop and let the time run out — no need to overharvest!

Care for Livestock

This game involves feeding five chickens by placing feed in their troughs at the right time.

  • Use the left/right directional buttons to move between five feeders.
  • Feed correctly for points.
  • Mistakes include feeding an already-full trough or letting a chicken leave because of an empty one.
  • You have 60 seconds.

Tip: Letting one or two chickens exit the screen makes it easier to handle the rest. For example, allow the far-left or far-right chicken to leave, then focus on feeding the remaining four with a steady rhythm.

Final score = correct feedings – errors.
