Spring Mine is available all year round and can be accessed behind the Hot Spring and Goddess Pond. Most of the items you’ll find here are low in value, but ores found in the rocks are essential for upgrading tools or crafting accessories at the Forge.

Mythic Ore only appears after you’ve collected all six Cursed Tools from the Lake Mine and removed their curses to turn them into Blessed Tools. Once that’s done, Mythic Ore will start appearing in rocks and can be used to upgrade Mithril tools to Mythic level.

Some players have noted that Mythic Ore seems to appear more frequently on certain floors after finding a Goddess Jewel there. It’s not guaranteed, but worth keeping in mind.

More than one piece of Mythic Ore can be found on a single floor, though it’s very rare—many players try dozens of times without success.

Trap Floors

Not all Spring Mine floors have traps. Sometimes you’ll need to dig for the staircase to move to the next floor. Floors with traps include:

Floors 20 to 93
Floors 101 to 193
Floors 200 to 248

You can’t fall directly to Floor 255, but if you hit a trap on Floor 248, you can fall as low as Floor 253 (maximum fall is 5 floors).

Notable Items in Spring Mine

Power Berry

You can dig up a Power Berry on Floor 100. To make it that far, bring lots of food and stamina-recovery items from the Clinic.

Statues

There are two decorative statues buried in the mine. Each can only be found once:

Harvest Sprite Statue: Found between Floors 160–189
Goddess Statue: Found between Floors 220–249

* The Goddess Statue is also a requirement for marrying the Harvest Goddess.

Goddess Jewels

There are 9 Goddess Jewels, and each is found in rocks on the following floors:

60, 102, 123, 152, 155, 171, 190, 202, and 222

Mythic Ore and Goddess Jewels can appear on the same floors.

Tomatosetta Stone

On Floor 255, use your hoe on the dirt floor to uncover the Tomatosetta Stone. It contains the recipe for Tomato Sauce. You can store it in your cabinet or sell it to Huang for 68,000 G – 77,000 G.

Travel Stone

The most powerful item in the game, the Travel Stone, can be found in rocks on Floor 255, starting in Year 3 or later.

This magical stone allows instant fast-travel to any outdoor location in Mineral Town. Using it costs 2 stamina, but no in-game time passes.

Tip: The Travel Stone also lets you access Lake Mine outside of Winter! Just select the small island on the world map to warp there.

Note: While you can teleport to many places, certain cutscenes (like romance events) require that you walk into the area naturally. For example, if a heart event is triggered on Mineral Beach, teleport to Rose Plaza first and walk to the beach.

Common Items

The Spring Mine is the place to go for ores used in tool upgrades. If you meet the requirements, Mythic Ore will also become available—one of the most valuable resources in the game!
