Cuddling the Child (Event)

When you return home, your child is excited and eager to be held and cuddled. However, you insist on taking a bath first. Once you’re done, your child still wants to be held—so you pick them up, and they quickly fall asleep in your arms.

Your spouse walks back into the room, sees the sleeping child, and quietly comments that they hope the closed door doesn’t disturb the child’s sleep.

Of course not—your little one is sound asleep. Your spouse assumes the child won’t wake up, feeling completely safe in your embrace.
