You walk upstairs and find Hugh talking to himself. He suddenly notices you and asks how long you’ve been standing there.

“For a little while.”	Hugh blushes. Did you really hear him talking to himself?

“D-D-Din’t hear a thing! Nope!”	Hugh frowns. He doesn’t believe you. He asks again—did you really not hear anything?

“C-C’mon, why would I lie?!”	Hugh scolds you for acting suspicious. He repeats his question—did you really not hear anything?

“Weeell, I might’ve heard something about Kate…”	Hugh gives up. Yes, he was talking to himself about Kate—but he insists he doesn’t like her.

“Yeah?”	Hugh firmly clarifies that he doesn’t like Kate. He says she bullies him, but someday, he’ll prove himself. Then, politely, he asks you not to tell Kate and heads downstairs.
“Really-really?”	Hugh admits he’d be lying if he said he didn’t care about Kate. But still—he insists he doesn’t like her, then hurries downstairs.
