Family Beach Trip (Event)

  • You’ve received the Beach Toy from Lou
  • The Beach Toy is placed next to the blue toy box near the front door of your house

On a sunny morning, after you’ve placed the Beach Toy by the toy box, your spouse will suggest taking a break from farm work. They mention finding some toys near the house and recall how your child once said they wanted to see the ocean.

The three of you set off for a walk around the valley. Your child repeatedly asks where you’re going, but you both keep it a surprise—until you finally reach the beach.

Overjoyed, your child runs around in the sand and plays with the beach toys.

Eventually, it’s time to go home, but your child doesn’t want to leave. Your spouse cleverly suggests taking home a souvenir—like a seashell—so your child can listen to the sound of the ocean anytime.

Though your child doesn’t quite understand the parenting trick, the idea works. They stop resisting and begin searching for a large seashell instead.

The event ends at 10:00 AM. Afterwards, a large shell will appear on the shelf next to your TV, serving as a keepsake of this special memory.

How to Get the Beach Toy

In Chapter 2 (Summer), Lou will post a special request on the Bulletin Board. If you bring her an Energy Drink, she’ll give you some old beach toys she found while running the Lei-Over Inn.

You cannot cook Energy Drink in your kitchen, but you can buy one directly from Van for 500 G. He visits the valley on the 3rd and 8th of each season. The drink is a red-colored bottle.

Once you deliver the Energy Drink to Lou, you’ll receive the Beach Toy and trigger a short cutscene showing your character placing it by the blue toy box.
